Who we are

Abby’s Events is a small, woman-owned business operating within the Greater Washington DC Area. We provide event planning and coordination services for all events ranging from gatherings to galas.

Started in December of 2022, Abby’s Events strives to bring each of their clients’ visions to life and empower them to create meaningful experiences.

Our philosophy

When starting this business, Abby believed that the brand should feel like a blank slate. Each client’s vision should feel embraced and supported so that their event can be just as unique as they are.

Our company’s main philosophy is that every event has the same formula with alterations in scope or purpose.

Who is Abby

Abby is the founder of Abby’s Events and started this business after being asked, “What do you really want to do?”

After working in nonprofit community development for 5 years and volunteering her time with an event planning organization for 3 years, Abby came to the realization that creating space for people to connect and celebrate was a skillset that could become her life’s passion.
